Trade Program Terms and Policies

1. Program eligibility and approval

The program is for legitimate trade professionals, including builders, contractors, designers, installers, and remodelers. Applications are subject to business verification and approval. We may review public business listings, websites, phone numbers, business addresses, and other information you provide. A contractor license, trade organization membership, or other credible business reference may support verification; these credentials are not all required.

You must provide accurate information, have authority to represent the applicant business, and keep your account information current. Approval does not certify your professional qualifications or constitute an endorsement of your business. Membership does not automatically establish tax-exempt status or a credit account.

2. Membership benefits

Benefits are subject to the eligibility, calculation, and service conditions below. The enhanced Depot Dollars rates replace the standard reward rate; they are not added to it.

3. Trade pricing and quantity discounts

Trade pricing applies to eligible merchandise purchased through your approved ArchitecturalDepot.com account after membership activation. Identify your account when ordering by phone or through a sales representative. Benefits do not apply retroactively or automatically extend to other websites or affiliated brands.

“Advertised price” means the public merchandise price shown on ArchitecturalDepot.com for the same product and selected options at the time of purchase, before your trade discount. Any product exclusions must be disclosed before purchase. Taxes, shipping, handling, service charges, gift cards, and membership fees are not merchandise eligible for trade discounts.

Qualifying quantity discounts are applied to the merchandise price after the trade discount. Percentages are applied sequentially, not added together. The available quantity discount depends on the product and quantity and will be shown at checkout or in your written quote. “Up to” describes the maximum available discount, not a discount guaranteed on every order.

For example, an eligible $100 item with a 12% adPRO+ discount and a qualifying 20% quantity discount costs $70.40 before tax and shipping.

Other coupons, negotiated project prices, and price-match adjustments do not combine with trade pricing unless expressly stated. A written quote must identify any included discounts and its expiration date.

4. Depot Dollars earning and redemption

adPRO members earn 7.5% and adPRO+ members earn 10% in Depot Dollars on qualifying purchases. One Depot Dollar provides $1 toward a future eligible merchandise purchase. Depot Dollars become available after shipment, expire 90 days after they are earned, have no cash value, and are nontransferable. They cannot pay for shipping, handling, or sales tax, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Signup bonus

adPRO+ members receive a $25 signup bonus in Depot Dollars after business approval and successful payment of the first annual membership fee. The bonus is available once per verified business, not annually or each time a business reenrolls. It expires 90 days after issuance and follows normal Depot Dollars redemption restrictions. If the initial membership fee is refunded, the bonus is reversed.

6. Membership term, renewal, and cancellation

adPRO has no annual fee. adPRO+ costs $99 per 12-month term, plus any applicable tax. Its initial term begins when business approval is complete and the membership payment succeeds.

We send a renewal reminder at least 30 days before automatic renewal, including the renewal date, price, and cancellation instructions, and provide any additional notices required by law. You may stop future renewals through the membership controls in your online account or by calling 888-573-3768. Cancellation takes effect for future billing when submitted; we send confirmation. Already-paid benefits remain available until the paid term ends.

Annual membership fees are nonrefundable once the paid term begins, except for duplicate or unauthorized charges, refunds expressly provided in these terms, or refunds required by law. If a renewal payment fails, we notify you. Paid benefits end at the expiration of the previously paid term unless payment succeeds; failed payment does not create a new paid term.

After adPRO+ expires, your account returns to adPRO if you remain eligible. Valid earned Depot Dollars remain available until their disclosed expiration dates. Orders placed during active membership retain the applicable order-date benefits. Upgrading from adPRO starts a new 12-month paid term; downgrading from adPRO+ takes effect at the end of the current paid term.

7. Custom drawings and quotes

adPRO+ includes custom drawings and quotes for projects involving products offered by Architectural Depot. Provide complete dimensions, product requirements, and project information. We will confirm the scope and expected turnaround before beginning. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to charge a design fee for requests involving multiple rounds of drawings, revisions, or custom quotes. Any proposed fee will be disclosed in advance and will require your agreement before we proceed with the additional work.

Drawings and technical guidance assist with product selection and ordering. Unless expressly identified as signed and sealed professional services, they are not architectural or engineering services, structural certification, or a determination of local code compliance. You and your qualified project professionals must verify measurements, suitability, installation requirements, and applicable approvals before ordering or installation.

Your approval is required before production of custom items where an approval drawing is provided. Quotes remain subject to their stated validity period and written scope. Providing a drawing or quote does not itself place an order.

8. Orders, returns, and warranties

All orders remain subject to acceptance, payment, product availability, and the applicable order policies. Membership alone does not extend return periods, waive return or processing fees, provide free return shipping, or make nonreturnable products returnable. Any separately offered exception must be confirmed in writing before purchase.

The return, cancellation, shipping, and warranty policies disclosed for your purchase continue to apply. Review custom and made-to-order specifications carefully before approval or production. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect products through customer service under the applicable order policy. Nothing in these program terms reduces rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Account use and program integrity

Membership and rewards belong to the verified business account. The business may designate authorized buyers and is responsible for keeping those permissions current. Do not share passwords; use available authorized-user controls or contact us for assistance. Membership benefits cannot be transferred to an unrelated business or sold separately. Buying merchandise for legitimate client projects is permitted.

You may not submit false credentials, create duplicate accounts to obtain repeated bonuses, manipulate returns or rewards, or use another business’s membership without authorization. We may investigate suspected misuse, correct documented errors, and temporarily suspend affected benefits when reasonably necessary to prevent loss. Contact customer service if you believe an adjustment or suspension is incorrect.

We may terminate membership for verified fraud, material misuse, or loss of eligibility after notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond when appropriate. We may act immediately to address fraud or security risks. Improperly obtained rewards may be reversed. Valid rewards, accepted orders, and refunds will be handled under these terms and applicable law. If we end a paid membership for reasons unrelated to your breach, we refund the unused portion of the membership fee on a daily prorated basis.

10. Program changes and discontinuation

We may update the program and these terms. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of material adverse changes through the email address on your account, except when a shorter period is required by law or necessary to address fraud or security. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce benefits on accepted orders or shorten the disclosed life of already-earned rewards.

Changes to the annual fee take effect at renewal after advance notice. Material reductions to paid benefits take effect at the next renewal. If we discontinue paid benefits before the current term ends, we provide a prorated refund of the unused membership fee. If rewards redemption is discontinued, we provide a reasonable redemption period, at least 90 days after notice, subject to applicable law. Additional consent will be obtained where required.

11. Privacy, related policies, and contact

We handle application, verification, account, and purchase information under our Privacy Policy. Membership-related notices may include approval, billing, reward, and policy updates. Marketing preferences are managed separately. Accepting membership terms does not itself constitute consent to marketing text messages or automated marketing calls.

These terms supplement the Terms of Use and the applicable ordering policies. For a conflict concerning a program benefit, these program terms control. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
