The list recognizes 500 companies across 40 industries that consumers trust most. Brands were evaluated on five key criteria: likelihood of purchase, alignment with customer values, emotional connection, reliability, and transparency.
This recognition comes from a comprehensive study conducted by USA TODAY, based on input from more than 24,000 U.S. consumers and over 359,000 brand evaluations. Only companies with strong reputations and clean legal and ethical records were eligible.
