If it wasn't for keeping your hand above your head so long it would have been easier of course. I used a brad air nailer as well as the nails. The edges are sharp so wear gloves. I've received a number of compliments on the ceiling. The panels are large & bulky but very doable. In all I'm very pleased with the product.
