Round column w/ Tuscan captial & base, 5.21.2008 The products received met my expectations. They arrived without damage and in correct fulfillment of the order. Although not yet installed, the instructions are clear and the photos are a significant advantage. If there was any element of the purchase I'd recommend change in the reporting of the fulfillment prior to shipping. It appeared to be confused as to status and did not meet the advertised time period (usually 10 days vs 24 days). When prompted, customer service did report status. Photos to follow later. |
