I will say that the website didn't update with the order tracking information prior to me receiving the order. I had no way to track the order. Also, the payment wasn't debited to my account in a reasonable amount of time. It was debited far after I received the product. The website looks nice, and the product is good, but the underlying processing of the orders leaves something to be desired.
