1. Click the Tools menu.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click the Custom Level button.
5. Scroll down until you see the 'Scripting' section. Select the 'Enable' radio button for 'Active Scripting.'

Canceling an Order

If your order is still in the Received state you can usually cancel your order. You can cancel your order by logging in to your account. Then clicking on the "Edit Order" button and select that you would like to cancel your order. This will open a case with our customer service to see if you order is cancelable.
