The Classic Baluster features a versatile and balanced design that will compliment and define diverse exteriors. The Classic Baluster includes a molded base. The body conforms closely to the cylindrical form of the baluster while allowing subtle contours to add a hint of flair to this classic design. A single molding ring adds detail and balance. The Classic Baluster is crafted in high-density polyurethane foam; one of today's most versatile, popular and cost-effective materials. Urethane is dense yet lightweight and easy to work with. The Classic Baluster resists warping, cracking, decay and insect infestations while maintaining the traditional appearance that our customers love. The Classic Baluster is a beautiful addition to the 12" Balustrade System. When installed with appropriate rails, newels and support blocks, the system meets safety codes. Follow the 4" ball space rule to allow for maximum baluster placement while not allowing objects of more than 4" in width to pass through.
