Thick bands of molding add texture and detail to the baluster's traditional design. When you require a versatile baluster to define exterior spaces, the Fischer does not disappoint. It has the appeal of traditionally turned wooden millwork, but features a durable urethane construction. High-destiny polyurethane molds with the fine detail, dramatic depth and classic form that makes it one of today's most favored exterior materials. The Fischer Baluster is strong yet lightweight. It resists warping, cracking, decay and insects. All surfaces are pre-primed, so the Fischer Baluster does not require painting, and will not peel. When spacing the Fischer Baluster in accordance with safety codes, observe the 4" ball space rule, which allows for maximum center-to-center placement while not allowing objects more than 4" wide to pass through.
