The 5" Balustrade System is our smallest system, and features rails 5" in width. When you require something more than just rails, our 5" rails have much to offer. The 5" Top Rail includes classic contours. The 5" Bottom Rail features crisp details.
5" top and bottom rails are classic in appearance and crafted in durable urethane. High-density polyurethane foam is lightweight yet dense and strong. It molds with fine detail and dramatic depth. Urethane rails resist warping, cracking, decay and insects while maintaining the traditional appearance that makes it a popular choice. 5" urethane rails are also sealed and non-porous. They don’t require painting, and so, peeling will not be a problem. Each rail is reinforced at the core.
5" rails are available in two formats: straight and curved. Straight rails define exterior spaces in standard installations. Curved rails offer the flexibility needed to accommodate curved architectural features and stair applications. Straight rails are available in lengths of 8’ and 12’. Our product selection also includes curved rails available with several radius measurements. 5" rails are designed for use with your choice of nine spindles and a variety of trim and accessories.
