Product Overview

Siding is the outer covering of a home meant to shed water and protect from the outside elements. Siding may be formed of horizontal, vertical, shingles or sheet materials. Siding is made out either wood, metal, plastic or composite materials.

Simulated stone siding can be made to look like rock, slate stone, brick or other natural stone, but costs less than natural stone and can often last longer and be more durable.

Simulated stone has been around for a while, but was not discovered until the 1950's and not heavily used until the 1990's. Now, it is the more popular choice because of its flexibility and similar look to that of natural materials.
