The carving was in great shape and it needed just a little sanding before I stained and lacquered it. The customer gave me the freedom to get what I thought would go with the rest of his decorations. The carving I found on your site not only looked like a good match, but you actually carried it in Alder, which many other sites I looked on did not offer. The cost of shipping was a little higher than I thought it should be, but other than that, the experience was a good one. Thanks much.
