The products and selection were very good and the shipping cost is reasonable or free on some items. Packaging on one of the larger items in my order was not so good and the item had minor damage which I decided to live with. One other suggestion is to have a way for customers to track individual shipments on my own. The staff is very helpful though and they were able to give me the update I needed. Overall I am quite pleased.
