All of the Corbels that I looked at were too fancy and too expensive. I found this Legacy bracket and it was perfect. I have installed 3 of them for the island counter top and it looks terrific. They are lightweight and easy to install with construction adhesive. They are painted and look just as good as the more expensive wooden brackets.

My goal was to add a little midwest style to the porch, and tone down the southwestern feel. I started with these porch post brackets which instantly started the transformation. The brackets are high quality with a fine finish. I painted mine to match my shutters. I give these brackets 5 out of 5 stars.
