OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Most changes or modifications to an order can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders changed, modified, or cancelled after the 24 hour period may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
OUR RETURN POLICY
You may return most items purchased from ArchitecturalDepot.com for partial refund within 30 days from purchase date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and do not include the original shipping costs. All returns must
be accompanied by an RMA or RGA and be in resalable condition and received within 14 business days from authorized return date. You can obtain an RMA or RGA by contacting customer service at
888-573-3768 or 714-706-4370. There is always a possibility that product may get damaged or lost when the product is shipped back to us, so we suggest that you insure the shipment when returning items.
If you receive damaged products or missing items, that information MUST be noted on the bill of laden. If the damage is not noted, then the product is considered to be delivered intact and the order complete. You have 72 hours to report the damage once it is noted on the BOL.
Custom Products: We are pleased to offer architectural products that are
custom-manufactured to your specifications, and we encourage you to review
your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the
order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in
production.
Custom products include, but are not limited to:
Custom vinyl shutters, wood shutters, crossheads,
pediments, and other custom products. If you have a question of
whether or not the item you would like to order is custom, please contact us
prior to ordering.
