Delayed shipment caused me to change my order to overnight express delivery at an added cost $85.00 and arrived to late to be used by my general contractor. Please process small orders to arrive at your committed delivery dates. All my many other orders arrived on time and customer service was exceptional at handling replacement of a couple columns which arrived damaged.
