Good product, very easy to install. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they are slightly fragile and can bend and break if you get hung up puting them in. They are also pretty easy to bend and compromise their integrty if you aren't careful. Overall, a very good product that was very easy to install. I live in a high wind area and my shutters haven't budged yet.

I had to order these extra fasteners because they are so flimsy, that many of the loks supplied with the shutters broke and no extras are supplied. If ordering the shutters, I would definitely order extra fasteners at the same time.

A couple of these had snapped off my shutters during a heavy wind and rain storm causing the sutters to fall off the wall. I could not find these anywhere either locally or on-line. The exterior shutters we ordered were here in 1/2 the time thru UPS and arrived with very clear instructions to install. The shutter loks were the exact color match and our only concern was how to take them down if we wished to paint the house. I asked customer service this question and was answered immediately with the response I predicted, order extra loks in case this is necessary. So, it was all very straight forward, easy and fool-proof!!
