Why do I need a center hole? Typically a center hole is used to pass through electrical wiring for a chandelier or ceiling fan. Or if you are looking to have your chandelier or ceiling fan canopy lower than the ceiling medallion, a center hole might be what you need. I don't see the hole size I need? We offer pre-drilled holes for the most popular sizes needed. If you don't see your hole size, you can make your own hole using common woodworking tools. Simply make sure that the ID or Inside Diameter is large enough to accommodate the size hole you need.
