The shutters are very nice, especially considering the price. The only complaint is with the screws included to attach them. They are very cheap and soft and many were bent. Other than that this is a five star product.

Great product for the price. I had ordered 9 pair, I had one shutter that had a small crack on one side but was able to use. There were a few scratches (probaly from shipping) but could not been seem from ground. Overall customer was satisfied specially for the price.

These were light weight and looked great when completed. The color was lighter than I expected (Forest Green), so they didn't match the ones I was replacing. Not a big problem since I was going to replace all of them. Installation was far harder and time consuming than expected. Direction on the box were poor, but ones from the website were better. None provided a good way to align shutters with the mortar, and the screws will not hold without glue.

This is the second time we used the builders grade shutters for renovation projects. We are pleased with the quality and price. We have had many compliments on both projects. Both held up during Hurricane Sandy. However, that probably had more to do with the installation. Which is dependent on the quality of work your contractor. We would absolutely use this product again
