I ordered this product along with a pair of pilasters to create a door surround. I love it! It's an architectral feature that makes quite an elegant statement. It replaced a shabby, water-damaged wood work. It would have cost us a fortune to redo in wood and being wood it would have been a short lived fix. Already replaced 2 times in 10 years. The written instructions made the installation go smoothly. The only hitch was that the box and product were damaged in transit. A phone call and e-mail latter the matter was promptly resolved to our satisfaction. Good customer service.
